1. What have you done this past week to help you achieve your goals?
This past week I cleaned my car (YAY), tried some new veggies with dinner and also tried some new veggie sides. All were excellent! I went to Curves every morning and I started jogging every morning after Curves. I walked during my lunch break, and on Saturday I went bike riding (1 hour and 14 minutes) and afterwards kicked a soccer ball around the park with my nephew, sister, and dad. I kept very active this week! I also bought a pair of running shoes for my new found love of running.
2. January is coming to an end! How do you think you did in the month of January? Review time!
I think I slacked off at the beginning of the month but the end of the month turned a new leaf and I got my butt in gear!
3. Do you feel like your motivation is tapering off now that a month has passed, or are you just as motivated as the beginning of the challenge?
I was motivated at the beginning of this challenge but nothing like I am now. It's a great feeling! Full steam ahead!
4. Who/what inspires you to keep going?
My wedding on July 2nd keeps me going. Knowing that I want to look my best in July is a big motivator. Also, my friend's wedding is 3 weeks before mine and I am a bridesmaid and I want to look great in that dress as well.
5. Fun Question of the Week: What is the first thing you think of/do in the morning?
The first thing I think is "Aww crap, it's already 6!" Then I tip toe out the bedroom door as I grab my workout clothes. I try to sneak out the room without disturbing Adam. Then I head to Curves!
